Covid-19 Update

Your safety, as well as our own, are of upmost importance to us and while the way we deliver services may look slightly different, what hasn't changed is our commitment to providing quality care and continued support for your health and wellness goals. 

Since re-opening we require that you wear a face mask or covering and that you sanitize your hands upon entry into the building.  You will be required to fill out the mandatory Covid-19 screen prior to each appointment, and if you are feeling unwell or have answered yes to any of the questions then we ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment until you are feeling better or have had a negative Covid-19 test.

There are multiple sanitization stations through-out the building and there are stickers on the floor to help you keep a 2m distance from other people.  If possible, we ask that you pay with debit/credit card or through e-transfer so that we can keep contact to a minimum. 

Bookings can still be made at the front desk but we recommend booking online or via phone if possible. Appointment times are varied slightly as we are allocating time between each client to properly sanitize the area, and any common areas will be sanitized through-out the day.

Virtual appointment are now available and will continue to be available in the future.  If you decide to attend an in-person appointment then you do so at your own risk.
